We can assist with projects of any size or complexity; we can help fill-in staffing gaps on an as-needed basis.
Our wide range of knowledge and experience fits especially well with smaller entities. Big outfits may have whole specialized divisions overseeing their land needs. For smaller entities or small branch offices, there may not be enough land, right-of-way, and permitting work to justify a dedicated staff or even a full-time person.
We can help by filling in gaps in staff size or skills, and minimizing your need to add permanent staff for irregular work demands.

- handle the negotiations and paperwork,
- complete acquisitions, abandonments, exchanges, and amendments
- deal with Federal and state land interests and permits,
