About PHED, LLC,
PHED, LLC, is a small firm focusing on three primary consulting areas:
- Land, Right-of-Way, Water, and related resources Acquisition, Permitting, Management, and Disposal Services
- Real Estate Support Services
- Associated Staff Assistance and Training Services
The Principal is Joe Liebhauser. His experience includes:
- Thirty years with bureaus of the Department of the Interior across the western states: Realty Specialist, Regional Realty Officer, Regional Review Appraiser, Lands and Minerals Supervisor, Manager, Area Manager, and Director, Resources Management Office;
- Three years lands and right-of-way work with a large public utility;
- Fifteen years as owner/principal of PHED, LLC, helping all sizes of public and private entities with land, right-of-way, and related work;
- Owner/principal of successful property management, maintenance, and repair businesses serving real estate professionals and commercial property owners.
We prefer to stay small, personally know and understand clients’ needs, and provide customized services. But, we don’t hesitate to use other firms or sub-contractors for specific tasks they can do better, quicker, or at better value.
